1. How is my order shipped ?
All www.mvbyugvigyana.com orders are shipped door to door, via a number of shipping companies within India & Internationally from our warehouses in Ghaziabad & other available location in other sates , India to your provided shipping address.
2. What are the shipping rates for orders in India?
Shipping within India is FREE for all single orders upto INR 33,999. For orders above this value please visit Bulk Orders.
GST will be applied to orders dispatched within India - for product (s) on which GST is applicable. All our prices are inclusive of GST. However, for invoicing purposes, cost of the product, IGST / SGST / CGST as applicable and shipping costs will be shown separately on the invoice.
3. Will I be charged for additional duties & taxes in case of domestic shipping in India?
All orders are shipped within India from our warehouse in Ghaziabad & other Indian cities to your provided shipping address. All our prices are inclusive of GST. Due to the nature of interstate shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes, if applicable, which are levied once a shipment reaches your state. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice / receipt from our shipping partner for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.
4. What are the shipping rates for international orders?
We ship to over 100 countries internationally. Shipping rates will be displayed during checkout based on the location mentioned in the shipping address.
5. Will I be charged for customs charges in case of International shipping?
All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Ghaziabad & Indian cities , India to your provided shipping address via reputed international courier companies. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our international shipping partners for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.
6. When will I get my order?
Item availability: Unless otherwise noted, all items available for purchase on the website are in stock.
Shipping time: Since we source our products from artisans, Master Craftsmen, Farmers, Manufacturers & others across the length and breadth of India, shipping times may vary across products. However, we will endeavour to get our products to you as soon as possible! Look for shipping information on the product page for individual shipping times.
Some items carry a special delivery timeframe that may differ from that of other items. If your product carries a special delivery timeframe, you will be notified at the stage of checkout of your order, on the website. However, in certain extraordinary cases beyond our control, if we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email with a new timeframe for delivery
Our shipping partners ship products, Monday through Saturday between 9 AM to 7 PM IST and the shipping time does not include public holidays in India and Sundays. Delivery time is also subject to factors such as strikes or transport delays due to bad weather by our shipping partners or caused by destination customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT. LTD. or www.mvbyugvigyana.com shall endeavour to liaise with its shipping partners to ensure swift delivery of products to all its customers. However, it bears no liability for any delays in shipping attributable purely to the shipping companies, or for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
7. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we shall send you the Shipping Tracking Information using which you can track your shipment and assess the approximate delivery time.
8. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
9. Can my order be shipped to a post office box?
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.
10. Can I add modify my shipping address after placing my order?
Once we receive your order, we process your order and hand it over to the shipping company as per the shipping and delivery time frame mentioned against each product unless communicated to you otherwise. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us at mvbsupport@mvbyugvigyana.com with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes. Please note that we will not be able to change the address of an order placed for India delivery to International delivery or vice versa since the pricing for India and international deliveries is different from each other
11. What happens if I mention incorrect shipping information?
Suppose you fail to receive an item shipped to you on account of providing an inadequate or inaccurate shipping address or your non-availability at the address provided. In that case, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the seller and the Company. The seller will be entitled to recover reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, processing your order and any other services provided to you - the remainder amount post such deductions shall be returned to you. Such an error may include, but is not limited to; invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits.
12. Can I cancel my order?
We will be able to accept order cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. If any order is cancelled, while the product is out for delivery, or any delivery is not accepted by you, the MVB YUGVIGYANA PVT. LTD. or www.mvbyugvigyana.com reserves the right to recover reasonable compensation for services provided and costs incurred for shipping, handling, couriering, processing your order and any other services provided to you - the remainder amount post such deductions shall be returned to you.
13. What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
If any of our products are delivered in a damaged condition, please do get in touch with us at mvbsupport@mvbyugvigyana.com informing us about such products, along with photos of the damaged products, within 48 hours of delivery of such a product, as per the terms & conditions set in our refund policy.
14. Why was my package undeliverable?
In the case of International and Domestic shipping, the shipping company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the Order Tracking facility on our website as well as through the shipping company’s website based on the courier tracking details emailed to you. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
